    16 oz ground venison
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced green pepper
    1-16 oz can refried beans
    1-1 oz package taco seasoning mix
    2.3 cup water
    1 cup chili ready tomatoes
    8 tortillas (I use whole wheat)
    1 cup shredded chedder cheese


brown meat, onions and green pepper until meat is no longer pink and veggies are soft, drain off any fat. add refried beans,, taco seasoning and water. Let simmer until thick and veggies are down (about 10 minutes). warm tortillas 1 at a time in microwave and roll about 1/2 cup of mixture in each. lay seam side down in baking dish, add tomatoes to remainder of meat mixtuure and pour sauce over burritos, cover with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for a about 20 minutes or its hot and bubbly and cheese has melted.
