These "wings" use higher-fat chicken thighs and don't need butter. Tossing the pieces in sauce before cooking, and basting afterward give a strong, clear flavor. Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blends
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    .25 cup chopped raw onions
1 cup Frank's Red Hot chili sauce

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar blend, honey, garlic powder, and onions. Mix well. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons of mixture in a small bowl.

Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks. Add to chili sauce mixture and toss well to coat. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with foil.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce has begun to carmelize. Immediately after removing from the oven, brush reserved mixture onto pieces.
