Rich and creamy sauce made with laughing cow wedges. Easy and filling to make. Rich and creamy sauce made with laughing cow wedges. Easy and filling to make.
Number of Servings: 2


    4 oz of Trio Shaped Pasta
    2 cups of Frozen Brocolli, Califlower & Carrots
    1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
    4 Garlic & Herb Light Laughing Cow Wedges
    2 T of Parmesan Cheese
    2 t of Bread Crumbs (optional)


Cook pasta and frozen veggies together until tender. Drain water. In sauce pan add milk and wedges mix until smooth over low heat. Add parmesan cheese and cook until slightly thickened. Add sauce to pasta and veggie mixture stir until well coated. May sprinkle teaspoon of bread crumbs on top if desired.

Makes 2 servings. (about 2 cups per serving)
