A really quick and easy meatloaf recipe for when you don't want to go crazy. A really quick and easy meatloaf recipe for when you don't want to go crazy.
Number of Servings: 6


    1.5 lbs. ground beef (leaner is better)
    1 c. 2% milk
    1 tblsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. ketchup (I use Hunts)


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine beef, milk, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, and all seasonings EXCEPT ketchup in a large bowl.

Shape into a loaf or fill an ungreased loaf pan with the mixture, then spread the ketchup evenly on top.

Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf's internal temp is 160 degrees.

For a quick variation, add other vegetables or seasonings to the mix - if you like spicy, add some chipotles & adobo sauce to the meatloaf mix and the sauce on top!
