    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1/2Onions, raw,
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Vegetable Broth, .5 cup
    White Wine, .125 fl oz (
    *Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
    Quinoa 1/2 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup,
    Cashew Nuts, 1/2 cup


Heat oil over medium heat add onion and garlic cook 3 minutes. Add broth, wine lemon juice, bring to boil, add quinoa ruduce heat and bring to simmer cover and cook 20 minutes.

Add broccoli on top of quinoa and cover simmer for 5-6 minutes, toss to combine. Garnish with cashews
