Ingredients
-
* *Flour, white, 2 cup
* Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
* Baking Powder, 4 tsp
* Salt, 2 tsp
* Egg, fresh, 2 large
* *Skim Milk, 2 cup
* Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tbsp
Directions
prep time is estimated because if i have a bunch of interruptions, it takes longer to get the batter done....but that is normal with any thing i cook lol....
*add all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
*mix in the eggs
*mix in the milk
*mix in the vanilla
.the cooking time really depends on if you are using a griddle or a skillet...i use a griddle, so i can get more done at once....when putting these on the griddle, i use a 1/4 measuring cup...i normally get about 16 pancakes out of this batter....1 pancake per serving is what i have calculated with the nutrition thingy...
i like cinnamon in my pancakes, but my brother and daughter do not like it...so i omitted that...
hope you like them like my family does!
