    2 peeled n chopped mango
    1 cup pineapple (i uswe fresh)
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1 red onion chopped
    1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
    4 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons honey
    add Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
    4 chicken breast (I pan fry)


Combine ingredients above and store in refrigerator while you cook the chicken. It may be necessary to drain off excess liquids after refrigeration period for the correct salsa consistency. Once chicken is cooked pour salsa over chicken and serve.
