    Johnsonville Hot Sausage, 2 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices


Cook sausage and then slice into pieces.
Cut up all veggies
I sprayed pan with no calorie cooking spray.
Cooked till all was done.
I had a 1/2 cup of rice with it.

Mine made 4 - 1 cup servings
