    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup mustard
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder

    6 large chicken breasts (about 1/2 lb. each pieceó3lbs. chicken, total)


Makes 12 servings, 1/2 breast each

Mix together all the marinade ingredients.
Cut chicken breasts in half. (Actually, I think this is easier to do after you cook it.)
Place chicken pieces in marinade; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook chicken on grill until cooked through. You may baste it with the additional sauce as it cooks.
