    1-1.5 lb ground beef
    1/2 c rice or minute rice
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 Tbsp minced onion
    2 cans of tomato soup
    1/2 c water


Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into balls, place in greased casserole dish. Mix soup and water, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350ยบ for 45-60 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Makes 5 servings of two medium sized meatballs.
