Plain, easy beef stew in the crock pot. Plain, easy beef stew in the crock pot.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 pound Beef Sirloin Tips
    1 Cup carrots-cut bite size
    1 Cup Celery-cut bite size
    8-10 Med Red Potatoes-cut bite size
    1 14oz can Swanson low sodium beef broth
    1/2 pkg Lawrys Beef Stew Seasoning
    1 cup Water


Brown beef and place in the Crock Pot (5 quart). Cut Carrots, Celery and Potatoes and place in Crock Pot. Pour in Beef Broth, water and mix in Seasoning and stir well. Put lid on Crock pot and cook 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low.

Makes approx 8 - 10 cups (servings)
