    Chicken breast, one
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup tequila
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 tsp taco seasoning


Slice all veggies, and the chicken.

Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray, and saute the garlic and then add chicken strips. When chicken is browned, add the veggies.

Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and then pour into the frying pan. Saute until the veggies are crisp-tender.

Serve over warm tortillas (not included in nutritional information), and with sour cream, salsa, and cheese as garnish (also not included).
