Ingredients

    1 tsp salt
2 lbs 93% lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp oregano, crushed
1/2 cup canned green chilies, chopped
    1/2 cup taco sauce
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    9 7-inch flour tortillas

Directions

Sprinkle salt in medium skillet, place over medium heat. Add beef, garlic and spices. Cook until meat loses it's pinkness. Stir in remaining ingredients. Remove from heat and cool. (this can be frozen to use later also)

In a medium dry skillet, heat tortillas until soft. Place about 1/3 cup mixture in tortilla and fold in an envelope fashion. Place seam side down in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return for a few seconds. Serve and enjoy.
