    1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup mirin
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp ginger paste
    2 tbsp garlic paste
    2 tbsp scallions, chopped
    2 tsbp ketchup
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    2 tsp pepper
    1 (8 lb) Whole Chicken


Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for two hours, flipping half way. Put on rotisserie spit for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs (10-15 minutes per pound). Baste frequently.
