Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Salt with Parsley
    1 tsp pepper
    3 oz Mahi Mahi
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 oz sesame seeds, toasted
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded
    1 slice red onion
    2 tbsp slivered almonds
    1 tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
    1 tbsp Cuisine Perel Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar

Directions

Salt and pepper both sides of fish. Saute in olive oil for 3-4 per side. While fish is cooking toast sesame seeds, set aside to cool. Plate spinach, onion, cheese, almonds, and fish. Top with sesame seeds, nut oil and vinegar.
