    3 red peppers
    1 yellow pepper
    1 med onion
    1 1/4 pints veg stock
    1 tsp flour
    1 clove garlic


Serves 2
halve peppers and roast in oven until skins blackened and blistered
once blistered put in plastic food back and tie to allow to cool
skin and roughly chop

heat onion and garlic with 1/4 pint stock until reduced and coloured
gradually add remaining stock
add chopped peppers
simmer for about 20- 30 mins
blend and ready to serve
