    350g pasta
    200g frozen peas
    250g smoked haddock
    100g creme fraiche
    salt and pepper


Poach the haddock in boiling water. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes adding the peas for the last 3 minutes. Drain the pasta and peas and tip back into the pan flake the fish into the pan. Stir in the creme fraiche and season well. Enjoy! Serves 4/5 Calorie count based on 4 servings
