This delicious dish is hardly like the typical pizza casserole. This delicious dish is hardly like the typical pizza casserole.
Number of Servings: 8


    White Onion
    Butter or Oil
    Lean Ground Beef
    Sour Cream
    Grey Poupon Mustard
    Fresh Parsley
    Fresh Dill
    Mozzarella Cheese


Chop and sautee onions in butter or oil. Set aside. Brown beef and drain off grease. Boil onions, sour cream, mustard, beef, parsley, dill and about 1/2 cup water together until most of water is boiled off. Spread into a greased 9x13 in pan. Make a single layer of sliced tomatoes over top of meat mixture and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in oven at 450 degrees until cheese is browned to preference.
