    1/2 cup evaporated milk, divided
    1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon margarine
    1/4 cup diced onions
    8 ounces ground turkey/chicken
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Dash of nutmet and ground allspice
    1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (divided)
    3/4 cup chicken/turkey broth
    1 teaspoon flour


In large skillet heat 1/2 of margarine until bubbly. add onion and saute' until softened.

In food processor add 1/2 milk, 1/2 parsley and remaining ingredients (except broth) including sauted onions and process until smooth.

Refrigerate covered for 15 minutes.

Using moist hands, shape mixture into 6 patties. In skillet heat remaining margarine; add patties and cook, turning once, until evenly browned.

Add broth, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes turning patties once. Remove patties from pan and keep warm; reserve pan juices. Combine flour with remaining milk, stirring to dissolve.

Stir into pan juices; stirring constantly; bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Stir in remaining parsley and serve over patties.
