1 ½ c Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
6 T. natural peanut butter
2 c. Canned Tomatoes
¼ c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 t. Sage, ground
½ t. Basil
½ t. Salt
½ t. Garlic powder
4 sl Bread, whole wheat, crumbled
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in 1-2 T. water.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Press into 8.8" square baking dish
Bake 350' for 60 min.
