    1/2 cup canned crushed drained pineapple
    1/2 medium banana
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 cup non-fat milk
    1 teaspoon splenda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 ice cubes
    2 tablespoons unflavored protein powder


In blender combine pineapple, banana, orange juice and protein powder until smooth.

Add milk, splenda and vanilla and ice; process until combined.
