Ingredients

    2 cups diced chicken
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tsp cumin
    7 oz dry whole grain pasta

Directions

Cook pasta for 7 minutes in boiling salted water.

Saute chicken in olive oil. Add garlic, onion, and green pepper and saute until tender. Add broth, salsa, tomatoes, and cumin. Can top with shredded cheese, calories not included here.
