Introduction

Ingredients

    Ounces, ounces, ounces: this is 4-15.5 oz cans of beans, 2 little 6 oz cans of paste, and a couple 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes. Leave out the water if you like the chili super thick!

Directions

Brown turkey, celery and chopped onion until all are cooked through. Rinse, drain, then add beans. Add spices and tomatoes. Add more or less spice depending on your tastes. Simmer over low for at least an hour--like most chili, this is better on day 2!
