    2 x ready to roll reduced fat pastry sheets

    chcken breast 500gr ( diced)
    200 gr onion ( diced )
    250 gr mushrooms ( quarted)
    150 gr milk skim
    1 x tin cream of chicken soup
    parsley and pepper to taste


dry fry chicken for 3-5 mins , add onion for add 2 mins add mushroom cook for further 2 mins,
add milk and soup , mix , add parsley & pepper , bring to boil ,, simmer for 2- 5 mins

layer bottom of dish with 1 sheet pastry , blind cook cool
fill with chicken mixture, cover with pastry brush with milk
bake 10 mins in 220 oven
