    Shrimp, raw, 24 oz (peeled)
Casa Sanchez Mild Salsa (or any fresh style), 1 cup
    Cilantro, 1 cup chopped
    Juice from 10-12 limes

Cut shrimp into small bitesize pieces. Place in a large bowl and cover completely with the lime juice. Cover bowl and let soak in the refridgerator for 1-2 hours or until the meat is tender and white (The whiteness of the meat will tell you that it has cooked in the acid). Add cilantro and salsa, mix well. Place in a sealed container and chill. Serve cold. Keeps well refridgerated in sealed container for 3-4 days. 6 - 1/2 cup servings.

Serving suggestions: with plain tortilla chips as an appetizer, with salad greens as a meal salad, with tortilla as a seafood taco.
