Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup oat flour
    2 tbsp ground flax
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 salt
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp melted butter
    1 pint fresh blueberries

Directions

Mix ingredients together in med bowl. Add blueberries last.

Spray waffle iron with Pam. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto waffle iron and cook 5 min or until done.
