    1/2 can black beans (rinsed and heated in microwave)
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef (cooked with 1 pkg. taco seasoning added)
    8 (8") low carb, low cal soft tacos
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1 pkg. (1.75 cups) mexican style low fat cheese
    1 cup salsa


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place first tortilla in lightly greased 9 in cake pan. Spread with half of bean mixture. Place another tortilla in pan and spread with 1/2 of sour cream. Place another torilla and spread with half of the salsa. Place another tortilla and spread with half of the hamburger/taco seasoning mixture. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of this. Then start again with each layer until finished but do not add the last half of cheese on top of the hamburger mixture. Bake covered for 20 minutes ; uncover and sprinkle last half of cheese onto it and bake uncovered for 3-5 more minutes. Cut into 12 wedges and serve. This is 6 WW points per serving.
