    2 boneless chicken breast (cut up)
    1/2 cup onion (chopped)
    1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
    1 med. carrot ( chopped)
    1 st. celery (chopped)
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup frozen green beans
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    1 cup frozen cauliflower
    1 chiken bullion cube
    pepper, poultry seasoning & sage to taste
    1-4 0z. can mushroom slices (drained)
    1-10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup marical whip or mayo
    1/4 cup milk (2 %)
    1 cup grated chedder cheese


in large skillet brown together chicken, onions, green peppers, carrots, celery with pepper to taste until chicken is done and veggies are tender. Add mushrooms and bullion cube and the frozen veggies, simmer 2 minutes. Mix together soup, mayo and milk pour over chicken mixture. pour into a 2 qt. cassarole, cover with cheese and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes until mixture is hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
