    Sun-Maid | Natural California Raisins, 8 ounces
    Instant coffee, brewed, 4 fluid Ounces
    Quaker Oatmeal, 2.5 cup
    Peanut Butter, Skippy creamy, 1.25 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Splenda .5 cup ( Up to 1 cup if you like it really sweet)
    Cooking spray Pam only enough to keep dough from sticking to foil


Add everything together. Add only enough coffee to moisten the mixture. Take a peice of Foil, and spray with cooking spray only enough to keep dough from sticking. Smooth out over the foil. Cut into 20 peices and wrap with Foil. Eat one for a breakfast or a snack.
