    10 oz ground turkey
    1 large egg(beaten)
    1 slice multi grain bread( I used the heel)
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp rosemary garlic seasoning
    1 tsp worchestreshire sauce


break bread into small pieces. beat egg. mix all ingredients together. shape into 14 balls(about walnut size) place into HOT frypan to sear. cook till browned. I put a little water in the pan to prevent sticking

  • Tried this to night with a salad and some noodle,it was really good!! So it has been added to my favorite list,it will be fixed again!! So good ,and the best part only 42.3 calories per meat ball!! I had 4 which=169.2 on top of my noodles,can't beat that!! It was so good and satisfying. - 1/28/10
