Ingredients

    3 Cups Water
    1/2 Cup Honey
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup Ginger Root ,Minced, Peeled
    1 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice, Fresh
    Ice Cubes

Directions

*Bring 1 Cup of water, sugar, honey and ginger to a boil in a heavy medium saucepan over high heat, stirring untill sugar dissolves.
*Boil 5 minutes. Cool. Strain syrup into pitcher.
*Mix in Lemon juice and remaining 2 Cups of Water.
*Fill Pitcher with Ice and let stand 5 minutes.
*Fill tall glasses with ice; add lemonade.

**Makes 5 Servings of 1 Cup each
