This is a very tasty low fat marinade for steak or chicken. This is a very tasty low fat marinade for steak or chicken.
Number of Servings: 6


    1-2 oz. of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 3 cloves garlic minced, a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root grated very fine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1-2 oz. water, 1 tbsp honey.


Wisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over your meat of choice (chicken, beef or fish) and marinate for at least 2 hours in a zip lock baggie.
