    3 tbsp. Lime Juice
    1 tsp. Ancho Chili powder
    1 tsp. dried Oregano
    2 tsp. minced Garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground Coriander
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground Red Pepper


Combine all ingredients and use to coat beef steaks/tenderloins or burgers for the grill. Makes enough to cover approximately 1 lb. of meat.
