    1 MULTIGRAIN MISSION TORTILLA
    1 LARGE EGG
    .25 CUP SHREDDED MEXICAN STYLE SHREDDED CHEESE BLEND
    .25 LOUIS KEMP IMITATION CRAB

Directions

SPRAY A SMALL FRY PAN WITH OIL SUCH AS PAM OLIVE OIL. HEAT PAN. ADD EGG AND WHIP WITH A FORK. ADD CHEESE AND CRAB AND COOK TO DESIRED CONSISTANCY. HEAT TORTILLA IN MICROWAVE FOR 15 SECONDS AND PUT EGG MIXTURE IN IT AND FOLD THE BOTTOM UP AND THEN ROLL IT AROUND THE EGG.
