Ingredients

    1 (13-14") loaf soft crust Italian Bread
    Sheds Spread Country Crock, light
    2 large eggs
    1.25 cups skim milk
    2 TBSP Splenda
    2 TBSP ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Slice bread into 2-3"slices
2. Butter bread with butter on one side.
3. Arrange bread butter sides up in a 13x9 glass baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bread should fit in snuggly.
4. Whisk together eggs and milk and pour over bread. Cover and chill for 15-30 minutes, or until bread soaks up the liquid.
5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
6. Bring mixture to room temp and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon.
7. Bake uncovered in middle of oven until bread is puffed and top is golden 20-25 minutes.
