    1/2 lb cooked and drained ground beef
    1/8 C chopped onion
    1 3/4 C water
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1.5 C uncooked egg noodles
    1 1/4 C tomato juice
    1/2 C reduced fat sour cream


Cook ground beef with onion, stir in water and taco seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour tomato juice over noodles and stir. cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and spread sour cream over top. Let stand 5 min and serve.
