Number of Servings: 8


    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    4 cups water
    4 beef bouillion cubes
    4 chicken bouillion cubes
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 19.75 oz can whole black beans
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can sliced potatoes
    2 cups spicy bloody mary mix
    2 cans cut green beans
    1 can white corn
    1 12 oz jar baby corn - chopped bite size
    1 c fresh spinach
    1 tsp everglades seasoning


This will make approximately 8 - 2 cup servings

Saute onion in large soup pot with olive oil till tender

Add 4 cups water, 4 chicken bouillion cubes and 4 beef bouillion cubes
Add all canned goods and the everglades seasoning and let simmer for 30 minutes. Add bloody mary mix and the beans puree as mentioned below if you wish.

My kids don't like the looks of the beans so I pureed most of them in the blender with a portion of the bloody mary mix and voila they ate the soup!
