Italian Stuffed Shells

20 Jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. part skim ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded part skim mozarella chesse
1/4 cup Hellman's olive oil mayonnaise
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 cups Spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook Brown garlic and ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat. Combine ricotta, mozarella, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl. Add cooked ground beef mixture. Spoon mixture evenly into each of the 20 cooked pasta shells (about 2 heaping Tbsp. per shell) Spread 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Arrange shells in dish and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
