Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Peas, fresh, 1000 grams.
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 250 grams. (chopped)
    * Cooking oil (soybean oil and canola oil), 4 tbsp.
    * Red chilli, 15 gram(s).
    * Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tbsp.
    * Salt, 1 tsp .

Directions

1. Boil the peas for 3 mins.
2. Heat oil in a separate pan. Saute the ginger garlic paste. Add tomato, salt, red chilli, turmeric, mix and then add peas.
3. Fry the peas on low heat till the oil separates.
