    8 oz. Honeysuckle White Mild Italian Turkey Sausage, cooked/crumbled
    9 Lasagna Noodles, cooked
    1 jar Prego 3 Cheese Spaghetti Sauce (or your favorite variety)
    1 16 oz. container part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1 8 oz. pkg. part -skim mozzarella, shredded


Cook turkey sausage in a skillet sprayed with a nonstick coating spray. Cook and crumble, drain if necessary. Add spaghetti sauce to turkey sausage. Spoon some of the sauce mixture into a 13x9" baking dish. Add one layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Spoon some more sauce mixture, followed by a layer of Ricotta cheese and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with the last layer containing sauce and mozzarella cheese only. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 30 minutes until heated through. Let sit for a few minutes before slicing into 9 servings. Enjoy!
