Ingredients

    2 lbs frozen hash browns
    16 oz reduced fat sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup diced onions
    8 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar
    1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions

Thaw pototos 30 minutes. Mix ingredients except corn flakes. Put in 13x9 casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake uncovered, 1 hour, 375 degrees. Makes 10 servings.
