    1.5 pounds lean ground beef (90/10 mix)
    2 large onions, diced
    1 26-oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
    2 15-oz cans kidney beans
    1 15-oz can pork & beans (not "baked" beans--too much sugar)
    worcestershire sauce to taste
    1 packet McCormick hot chili seasoning, plus more chili powder, garlic, and pepper to taste


Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

Only 3 points per cup if you're doing Weight Watchers.
