Ingredients

1 1/2 C flour (white or whole wheat)
1/4 C granulated white sugar
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 C granola
1 C buttermilk
1/4 c margarine or butter melted
1 egg
1 can drained crushed pineapple (540 ml)
1/3 C cranberries dried
Directions
preheat oven to 375
Spray 12 tin muffin pan with Pam
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Spoon batter into muffin cups and top with granola, cranberries, or seeds of your choice.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and firm.
Cool on wire rack.
