    2 eggs
    1 c. 1% milk
    1/4 c. canola or vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1-1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal


Whisk together wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients together, and then combine with wet. Pour into an 8x8 baking pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. *Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9x13 pan for 30 minutes.
