Ingredients

Ground Beef (extra lean), 3 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
*Ground pork (extra lean), 48 oz (remove)
*Tomato Juice, LOW Sodium, 8 oz, Campbell's,, 96 oz (remove)
*Mott's Clamato Extra Spicy Juice, 8 cup (remove)
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup (remove)
Tomato Paste, 1.5 cup (remove)
Crushed Tomatoes, 227 grams (remove)
Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
*Bell Pepper, Red - 1 cup chopped, 1.5 serving (remove)
Directions
Put all tomatoe products in the big pot you have, I use a corn boiler.
slowly stew this together, using your favourite spices for 2 to 3 hours
Next brown all the meat, onions, mushrooms, peppers together. Again spice as you like.
Mix the cood meat and veggies into the tomato pot.
Simmer for 4 to 5 hours, stirring, tasting and adding spices as need. If you find it too tomato you can add sugar, 1/8 tsp at a time.
Enjoy and use for lasagne
