    1/2 cup chopped dates
    1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted, your choice)


Place dates in food processer until they make a paste. Add peanuts and blend. Place mixture on cutting board, (may need to mix a little by hand) and press into a rectangle. Cut into 3 pieces, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat. Makes 3 bars.
