    1 tbsp extra light olive oil
    3 pork top loin (chops) boneless
    1 large stalk broccoli steamed
    1 c grated carrots
    6 large fresh mushrooms chopped
    1 large slice of onion chopped
    3 c cooked couscous
    4 tbsp Sweet Red Chili Sauce


Cook couscous according to package. While broccoli is steaming; grate carrot, chop mushrooms, onions and pork. In a large skillet, saute chopped pork with olive oil. Add rest of ingredients except couscous. Cook until veggies are warm. Serve over couscous. Serves 5-1.5 servings.

  • This tasted really good. For me, the directions weren't super clear. I didn't know if the broccoli was supposed to get mix in or just be on the side. But very tasty! - 11/14/08
