    Four 8 oz. boneless chicken breasts
    12oz moz cheese
    1 c. flour
    1c. white wine
    6 sprigs parsley, chopped
    8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 stick butter


1. Pound out chicken breasts and cut in half
2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, garlic, and parsley and roll miture into balls about 2 inches round
3. Place ball in center of chicken breast and secure with a toothpick, repeat for other 3 breasts.
4. In a larch saute pan heat butter. Flour chicken breasts and pat dry. When butter is melted, place chicken in saute' panand brown, turning until all sides are golden brown. Add wine and reduce.
5. Place saute' pan in a 375* oven and bake for 10 minutes until breasts puff.
6. Serve a piece of chicken over a bed of your favorite pasta and equally distribute sauce.
