    1.5 Cups Egg Substitute
    .5 Cup Skim Milk
    3.5 Cups Frozen O'Brien Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
    1.5 Cups 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    .5 Cup Chopped Sweet Onion
    4 Strips Turkey Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Chili Powder
    4 Green Onions Chopped


Whisk the egg substitute and milk, stir in hash browns, 1 cup of cheese, onion, 2 TBS bacon, salt, and chili powder. Pour into an 8-in square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
