Ingredients

    2 c. beans
    1 c. corn
    1/2 c. peppers chopped
    1/2 c. onions chopped
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. baby lettuce
    1 avocado mashed

    2 c. salsa (1/2c. for cooking)
    1/2 c. water

    2tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp paprika

    6 whole wheat tortillas

Directions

Place wraps in over on bake at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes (about as long as it takes for tacos to cook)

In a skillet, saute onions, peppers, and spices until softened. Add beans, corn, diced tomatoes, water and salsa. Cook for about 5 minutes until everything is nice and hot.

Remove Wraps and spread with mashed avocado. Add lettuce and then spread about 1/4-1/2 c. Taco mix on wrap (Be careful, the more full the taco the harder to eat!). Add additional Salsa if desired and enjoy!
